Where It All Started
Flor de Pineapple didn’t start with a restaurant — it started with a love for cooking and a belief that good food should reach everyone. Our roots are in Oaxaca, Mexico, where flavors are bold, recipes are inherited, and a meal is never just a meal.
When we arrived in San José, we brought those flavors with us and added new ones along the way. Chinese stir-fries, Mediterranean mezze, American classics, our menu grew as our community grew. Today, Flor de Pineapple is a reflection of every table we’ve ever sat at and every culture that’s welcomed us.
From our commercial kitchen in San José, we serve Bay Area offices, events, and communities every single day. No dining room, no fanfare — just great food, made with care, delivered with intention.
